Patrick has confirmed that the topic of his keynote talk at next year’s Institute for Ergonomics and Human Factors Conference will be Psychosocial Ergonomics.

Patrick said, “design-based approaches have already proved to be effective in areas such as healthcare, education and transportation. In this talk I will explore the opportunities for applying them to a number of other areas that are very important in terms of enhancing the people’s quality of life.”
