Inclusive Bus Travel Paper

October 2011

Patrick is a co-author of a paper that has been accepted for publication at a conference on inclusiveness. The paper outlines the work that Brunel University’s Inclusive Design Research Group has done on bus travel in London.

It will be presented at the Cambridge Workshop on Universal Access and Assistive Technology which will be held at Cambridge University from 26 to 29 March, 2012.

Patrick said, “I am delighted to be involved with Brunel’s excellent work in the area of improving the inclusiveness of transport in the capital. This is the first academic publication from the project. I hope it will be of interest to academics working in this area and that we will get feedback that will help us to further enhance our work in this area and bring increased benefits to London’s bus users.”

Master's in Business Innovation, CEDIM, Mexico, 2012

October 2011

It has been confirmed that in 2012 Patrick will return to CEDIM in Mexico to give two courses on branding. These forms part of the Master’s in Business Innovation program.

The first course will be taught in May and June and the second in September and October.

He said, “I am very much looking forward to returning to CEDIM next, having taught two courses in 2011. The MBI course is excellent and gives the participants exactly what they need to succeed in the business world. Because all course participants are also company owners or managers, the courses are always interesting to teach and the level of quality of the discussion contributes hugely to the learning."

Patrick will not now be teaching on the course running in November and December 2011.
